Field sales and merchandising software, built in New Zealand for New Zealand retail
Insightful.Mobi is a field sales and retail execution platform, built and supported in Auckland, New Zealand, for consumer goods companies and the merchandising agencies and brokers that serve them across New Zealand and Australia.
New Zealand grocery does not work like the markets most field sales tools were designed for. Two Foodstuffs co-operatives, made up of owner-operated New World, PAK'nSAVE and Four Square stores, sit alongside Woolworths NZ and a long tail of independents. A deal agreed in a buying office still has to be sold, set up and checked in each owner-operated store. Insightful.Mobi is built around that reality.
What New Zealand suppliers use it for
- Planning call cycles by store and territory, with leave and public holidays taken into account.
- Proving each visit happened: time, place and photos tied to the store and brand.
- Checking the core range by banner and logging gaps in the visit.
- Setting up promotion checks automatically and matching claims to the deal.
- Seeing weekly dunnhumby store data before the visit, so reps know what has stopped selling.
- Measuring share of shelf from photos with shelf recognition (premium service).
Local in every sense.
All our development happens in New Zealand. Our own staff configure your system, and support comes from the people who build it, in your time zone. You need no other software licences to run it.
Who uses it.
Brand owners including Reckitt, Asahi and MCoBeauty, and merchandising agencies that serve many principals. Some customers have been with us for more than ten years.
