Merchandising Execution Made Easy

Merch IM strips away complexity to focus on what matters:

Helping your merchandising team execute consistently across every store, every day. Your merchandisers see their scheduled visits, complete assigned tasks, capture photos, and add notes—all from a simple mobile interface that works offline. No training manuals required; they'll be productive from day one.

Back at head office, you see completion rates, time in store, and photo evidence of work completed. It's everything you need to manage a merchandising team, without the features you don't.

Daily Visit Management

Merchandisers see their scheduled stores, navigate to each location, and check in with a tap. Every visit starts and ends with a time and location. Time, kilometres and expenses are recorded on the phone.

03
Call cycles & coverage
Set the rhythm once. Visits roll forward, compliance is checked nightly, and missed stores are listed.
05
Surveys, out of stock & NPD
Repeating store checks, on-shelf availability, and new product launches tracked week by week, with the why.
09
Talking to the field
Flash messages that must be acknowledged, documents scoped to the store, and the catalogue in hand.
11
Territories & the team
Territories own the stores and their history, so a new rep is working on Monday. Leave, timesheets and leads too.
10
Photo recognition
Shelf photos in; every product and its position found, shown as share of shelf, next to what it sold.
12
Reporting & dashboards
Every night the day's work is measured against the plan, from the whole business down to one store.
