Proof from every store.
Plan the visits, send the work and see what happened in every store: visits, ranging, promotions, displays and shelf photos.
Your principals pay for store visits and want to see them. Tag every task, photo and job to the principal it was for, show each principal its own work, and bill them and pay your agents from the same approved jobs.
Built for how New Zealand and Australian retail works.
Australia doesn't have a Walmart. The US doesn't have a Metcash or a Foodstuffs. So why put up with tools built for somebody else's shelves?
We're not a rebadged US CRM, flogged by a multinational from a glass tower on the American west coast. We're a local company that built these tools for this market, and we live in it. Real retail people who have worked the aisles, not commission robots: we get your industry, and we build kick-arse tools for how it actually runs.
New World, PAK'nSAVE, Four Square and IGA stores are run by their owners, so the store still has a say in what goes on the shelf. Woolworths and Coles stores are run from head office, so the field's job is compliance. Insightful.Mobi handles both, for a supplier's own team and for the agencies that serve it: banners, store groups and territories set up your way, an app that works without signal, and sell-out data from dunnhumby, NielsenIQ and IRI matched to your stores and products each week. Built and supported by our own people on the ground across New Zealand and Australia, in your time zone.
- Thousandsof field staff use it in store every day
- Hundredsof brands represented on the shelf
- On the groundbuilt and supported by our own people across Australasia

Sound familiar?
- “I pay for a promotion and have no idea whether the display went up.”
- “I find out a product is missing from a shelf a month later.”
- “I cannot tell whether my reps visited the stores they were paid to visit.”
- “I cannot measure our share of shelf without someone counting facings.”
- “A principal asks what we did for their money and I spend days assembling photos.”
- “My merchandiser serves six principals in one store and I cannot split the work out afterwards.”
- “Billing principals for agent work and paying the agents takes the office most of the month.”
- “Timesheets arrive late and get typed into payroll again.”
Promotions you can check before you pay.
Every promotion appears on the rep's phone for the stores it covers. The rep records whether the store took the deal, and a compliance task with a photo is created for every store while it runs. Claims are raised against the deal and approved against budget.
Don't ask reps what the till already knows.
Each store carries the range its banner should stock. Where you buy sell-out data (warehouse withdrawals, or scan data from NielsenIQ, dunnhumby or IRI), whatever is selling is already marked ranged. Reps don't re-audit the shelf: they check only the new items and the gaps.
Shelf photos read by AI.
Reps photograph the shelf bay by bay. The results are in head office typically within minutes: facings and share of space by store, and the change since the last cycle. Where you buy sell-out data, the dashboards show the shelf next to what it sold.
Learn more →One platform for your team and your agencies.
Your reps and your agency's merchandisers work in the same system, and you see both in one place.
New: let your stores order online.
Your own B2B ordering portal, under your brand, with your price lists, deals and vouchers applied as they shop.
Learn more →And plenty more.
Sales IM for reps, Merch IM for merchandisers and Agent IM for agencies, on one platform.
See all features →Prove the work to every principal.
Every note, photo, task and job is tagged to the principal it was done for. Each principal logs in to its own portal and sees only its own work, and a photo report for each job is emailed to them automatically.
One visit, many principals.
Tasks and promotions carry the principal they are for. Merchandisers see the week split into head-office work and local work, and each principal's work lands in the office tagged to it.
Paid jobs, billed both ways.
A job's schedule creates the work for each store and date and assigns it to an agent. One approved job feeds the principal's invoice and the agent's pay, so the two never disagree.
Learn more →Pay your people from approved time.
Merchandisers record time, kilometres and expenses on the phone. Territory managers approve line by line, and approved timesheets go to payroll, MYOB or Affinity.
